Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Research and target key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects for ERP and cloud solutions.
2. Initial Client Engagement & Qualification
- Conduct introductory sales calls to understand potential clients’ needs and challenges.
- Educate prospects on Kingdee’s ERP and cloud offerings, aligning solutions with business goals.

3. Sales Collaboration & CRM Management
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

- Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or IT solutions).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior executives.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, sales workshops, and joint marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.
- Co-develop business plans with partners and support execution to achieve mutually agreed KPIs.
- Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, deal registration, revenue contribution) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and incentive programs.
- Ensure partner compliance with Kingdee’s channel policies and agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, cloud software, or digital transformation solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering results through indirect sales.
