At the event, Kingdee officially announced the full upgrade of “Kingdee Cloud” to “Kingdee AI,” along with the launch of its new AI product, “Little K.” This milestone underscores Kingdee’s end-to-end AI capabilities from technical infrastructure to business applications.

The conference featured an impressive lineup of government officials and business leaders, including: Zhao Liang, Deputy Party Secretary and District Mayor of Putuo District, Shanghai; Zhou Ruyi, Deputy District Mayor of Putuo District, Shanghai; Datuk Wira Chiau Haw Choon, President of Chin Hin Group Berhad (Malaysia); Han Bicheng, Founder and CEO of BrainCo; Chen Ning, Chairman and CEO of Shenzhen Intellifusion Technologies Co., Ltd.; Bai Dongming, General Manager of Finance, China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited (Air China); Zhou Yong, CIO of Tongwei Co., Ltd.; Xu Shaochun, Board Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group; and Zhang Yong, President of Kingdee Group. With more than 3,000 participants, the event offered a venue for in-depth dialogue on how AI can empower enterprise management through practical approaches and forward-looking strategies.
Major AI product launch marks a milestone in Kingdee’s transformation
The event focused on three major highlights. First, an evolution from a single agent to collaborative multi-agent intelligence. The new release delivers a comprehensive upgrade across the platform, data cloud, AI-enhanced SaaS, and AI-native agents. Second, a shift from general-purpose intelligence to scenario-specific optimization. The product introduces a suite of AI agents designed for specific business scenarios, such as financial analysis, quotation, slow-moving inventory management, and quality management, supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption across finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain management, and marketing. Third, the rebranding from “Kingdee Cloud” to “Kingdee AI” and the launch of Little K. As China’s first AI-native entry point for enterprises, Little K introduces a new paradigm for intelligent enterprise management applications. Its debut marks a pivotal moment in ushering enterprise management into the AI-native era and underscores Kingdee’s confidence and capabilities in leading this transformation.

Xu Shaochun, Board Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group
Behind this end-to-end AI enablement from technical infrastructure to real-world business applications is a paradigm shift in how Kingdee envisions enterprise management in the age of AI. Xu Shaochun, Board Chairman and CEO of Kingdee Group, spoke during the conference, stressing that AI transformation is not merely a technological upgrade but a holistic restructuring of a company, including its operations, products, business models, ecosystem, organizational structure, talent, and leadership. In this process, enterprises must undergo seven key transformations:
Seven transformations in enterprise management in the AI era
1. Operations: from day-to-day processes to executing strategic objectives;
2. Product: from traditional offerings to intelligent systems;
3. Business model: from product sales to subscription- or result-based models;
4. Ecosystem: from transaction-based partnerships to intelligent and sustained symbiosis;
5. Organizational structure: from pyramid hierarchies to decentralized, networked systems;
6. Talent: from volume-based competition to high-impact talent concentration;
7. Leadership: from tangible control to intangible influence.
Xu highlighted a case of AI transformation in operations, citing Kingdee’s client C&D Group, which doubled its contract review efficiency through AI-powered contract auditing. Another client, Tongwei Co., Ltd., adopted Kingdee’s “Baixiaotong” Agent to enhance workforce capabilities using large language model technology.

Xu emphasized that beyond driving the seven transformations, enterprise leaders must stay true to their original mission and purpose. As a pioneer in enterprise cloud services, Kingdee continues to lead in the AI era, driven by its mission to “empower every business to achieve phenomenal success.” It is deeply committed to elevating the global presence of Chinese management models.
From experience-driven to algorithm-driven: Kingdee products as multipliers of enterprise efficiency
The rapid advancement of AI technology has brought a wave of “AI anxiety.” Enterprises are now shifting from asking whether they should adopt AI to how they can use it wisely, as well as how to avoid being disrupted and achieve further growth.
In response, Liu Zhongwen, Vice President of Kingdee China and General Manager of the R&D Center, introduced the core design principles behind Kingdee AI: result-focused delivery, adaptive user experience, security and trustworthiness, intelligent symbiosis, and empowering both people and organizations. Kingdee AI is designed to help enterprises transform their data into valuable assets and enable a successful AI-powered transformation. Through the unified access point provided by Little K, agents are seamlessly interconnected. Each agent can address specific challenges on its own while working collaboratively across scenarios to unlock synergistic value. This marks a critical shift from fragmented AI tools to a unified, intelligent, and collaborative solution architecture, delivering smart capabilities across the full spectrum of business operations.

At present, Little K integrates nearly 20 agents across marketing, supply chain management, human resources, finance, and ESG. All agents are ready for out-of-the-box use, and a live applet demo was made available onsite for conference attendees. Among them, the Gross Margin Analysis Agent helps enterprises rapidly assess product profitability using a margin matrix while enabling drill-down analysis to uncover root causes behind gains and losses. The Slow-Moving Inventory Management Agent helps manufacturing companies benchmark against industry-standard inventory turnover rates and identify potential risks up to 90 days in advance. It also offers as many as 35 targeted optimization suggestions. The Quotation Agent enables sales teams to reduce what was once an hours-long configuration and pricing process to just 3 minutes.
