Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand Kingdee’s reach in the SME, ME segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, sales workshops, and joint marketing activities to enhance partner capabilities.
- Co-develop business plans with partners and support execution to achieve mutually agreed KPIs.
- Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline, deal registration, revenue contribution) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

- Channel Strategy and Expansion:Develop and implement Kingdee’s overseas market channel sales strategy, develop and manage overseas channel partners, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Channel system construction: 1) Establish an overseas strategic partner system, classify partners operation, and ensure healthy and sustainable business development; 2) Participate in formulating cooperation guidelines including support, promote and development of core regional partners for overall regional business units; 3) Collaborate with partners in various regions to plan and execute sales activities, and facilitate the achievement of sales targets.
