  • Apr 24, 2026

Against the backdrop of the accelerated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the deepening digital transformation of enterprises in Hong Kong and Macau, the 2026 Kingdee International Holdings Enablement Hub (Hong Kong & Macau) was successfully held on April 23-24 at Kingdee Software Park in Shenzhen. As the first stop of the 2026 KDIH Global Enablement Hub, this event concluded successfully, with over 20 ecosystem partners from Hong Kong and Macau participating.

Strategic Leadership: AI-Driven, Setting a New Direction for International Growth

At the start of the training, Jack Lyu , Head of Ecosystem Business at Kingdee International Holdings, delivered a speech and thematic sharing. He noted that the deep integration of AI and cloud-native technologies is becoming a key driver of industry upgrades, and AI-powered productivity is the key to breaking through challenges.

The ERP and digital intelligence market in the Greater Bay Area and for overseas-bound enterprises is facing new growth opportunities. On one hand, as regional enterprises enter a deeper stage of digital transformation, demand for efficient and intelligent management tools continues to rise. On the other hand, with the accelerated global expansion of Chinese enterprises, the international ERP market shows vast room for growth. Kingdee International Holdings adheres to its core strategy of “AI First, Subscription First, Globalization,” leveraging the Cosmic AI Platform to build a full-stack product matrix and using Kingdee AI Suite to offer a clear growth path for partners in Hong Kong and Macau.

Hong Kong and Macau are key hubs connecting mainland China with the rest of the world. Kingdee International Holdings will empower its ecosystem across four dimensions—product, market, technology, and training—to help partners upgrade capabilities and drive performance growth. In the future, the company will work with Hong Kong and Macau partners to drive AI-led growth and explore new international markets.

Local Presence: Focusing on Hong Kong and Macau to Address Customer Acquisition and Operation Challenges

Jeff Chen, representing Kingdee International Holdings’ ecosystem team in Hong Kong and Macau, gave a talk titled “Joining Forces for New Opportunities, Winning in New Markets.” He reviewed local achievements, analyzed digital transformation needs, and identified market opportunities in the business environment of Hong Kong and Macau.

Facing challenges such as intensified competition and pressure on customer acquisition, he pointed out that online operations are key to breaking through, and combining online promotion with AI tools is an inevitable trend. By using AI to enhance marketing efficiency, and launching localized resources such as financial resource packs and short-video marketing guides, Kingdee aims to help partners strengthen their online customer acquisition capabilities and expand the Hong Kong and Macau growth market.

This special training is not only a concentrated enablement for Hong Kong and Macau partners but also an important practice by Kingdee International Holdings to help global ecosystem partners enhance digital capabilities, connect with international markets, and share the dividends of the digital economy.
