Ms. Karen Ji is the General Manager of Kingdee Asia Pacific and Hong Kong, mainly responsible for the comprehensive operation management and business and market development of Kingdee Hong Kong and Asia Pacific.

Ms. Ji joined Kingdee in 1998, in which she has held over the years the management positions of Assistant GM of Professional Service and Director of Product Marketing in Kingdee Headquarters. Ms. Ji has extensive experience in Project Management and IT management for implementing large-scale re-engineering projects of ERP Systems and business operation flow of large MNCs and enterprise companies across Asia Pacific region such as CMG, TCL, CRC, and CTS. Prior to joining Kingdee, Ms. Ji held the position of IT Manager of Panasonic in China office.

Ms. Ji graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. With over sixteen years extensive professional IT solution application services experiences, Ms. Ji has profound comprehension in IT management, operations and strategies of various industries, particularly in telecommunications, electronic components, electrical appliances, logistics and transportation.
